Blackberry Banana Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
1 cup hemp, coconut, almond, oat, or another unsweetened milk of choice
½ coconut water, more milk, or whole fat Greek yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blackberries (or another berry)
1/2 cup frozen chopped zucchini (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 scoop collagen protein or another protein powder (optional for protein)
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add additional liquid for a thinner consistency.
